We took a chance and called Captain Reboot to fix our computer problems and the owner, Rudy Losorelli, was at our house within an hour to fix our computer and even left us with a loaner while he worked on ours. Rudy was knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, efficient, and fairly priced. Not only did he completely solve all of our computer problems, but he provided us with everything we needed to keep it protected in the future…without any extra cost!!! In addition, he took the time to sit down with us and educate us on how to avoid any problems in the future. We are completely impressed with his customer service, and his pricing is extremely fair. Don’t hesitate to call this company…Rudy is one of the good guys out there!
